Page Turner June 14, 2009 TheSleeper 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
This is the 1st book I read by R.J. Jagger. I am so glad I stumbled across this author. This book was definitely a page turner.
New library for Me! July 26, 2009 D. Williams (Ozarks, MO) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
I am so excited to have discovered this author. Now I feel like I have a new library to read. You connect w/ the characters, there is a beginning , middle, end. This author is writing like they want to establish a fan base- not pump out another read (which some of my favorite authors have been doing lately.) Be open to everything goes when you pick this up- not too graphic, not too romantic, not too descriptive, no empty 'filler'... just a constant story progressing- murder, evil, plotting, crime, thrilling. Does anyone know....I heard this is actually Sandra Brown aka R.J. Jagger??? Sandra Brown writes a LOT more sex than this 'author' (if it is her).
This is one of the best thrillers I've read yet September 14, 2009 My Back Pages 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
Attorney's Run is without a doubt one of the best thrillers I've read yet. The characters are compelling, the dialogue is spot-on, the pace is frantic and the plot is one of the most original that I've come across in a long, long time. This book blew me away.
A cover-to-cover must read. March 3, 2010 Nick Sanderson 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is one of the incredible books in JAGGERWORKS NO. 2, which is a cover-to-cover must-read for thriller fans, particularly those who gyrate to legal thrillers, detective thrillers and hard-boiled thrillers. This book, like all of JAGGER'S works, is almost impossible to put down. He entices you with riveting action, scintillating suspense and non-stop plot twists, all formated in short chapters. You find youself awake in the wee hours of the morining saying, "Okay, just one more chapter. That's it. Then I'm definitely going to bed." I swear that the publisher must put some kind of invisible glue on the cover. While the characters are always fresh, 3-dimensional and captivating, it's the plot twists that really drive this series. If you like to predict endings before you get there, you'll be out of luck with JAGGER at the controls. Just sit back and wait for him to hit you upside the head from an angle you never saw coming.
Addicted to Jagger April 7, 2010 Vogue Girl 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Having read Lawyer Trap, which moved like an out of control Ferrari with no brakes, I was curious to see if any of R.J. Jagger's other books were anywhere near as good. Attorney's Run turned out to be every bit the equal of Lawyer Trap, and perhaps even then some. Now I'd addicted. I hate it when that happens.
